Yvette has been involved in building, branding, developing, owning, operating and consulting within the luxury Day, Destination and Resort Spa sector for more than 30 years including Cosmetic Surgery and Non-Invasive practices in Chicago and Wisconsin. Under her leadership, local and nationwide spas have earned top industry distinctions and awards, including the locally coveted “Best of Madison” recognition. Yvette believes in empowering people to look and feel their very best and pursues non-invasive medical spa services that deliver the results her patients seek, such as CoolSculpting, HydraFacial, Juvéderm, Botox, Dysport, BBL Broad Band Light and HALO laser services and more.

With her extensive expertise and knowledge as a former plastic surgery nurse, Michele takes pride in helping her patients achieve their desired results with customized treatment plans and individual attention.

Crystal Adam provides exceptional care in service and skin health analysis, and is certified in CoolSculpting, BBL Laser, Halo Skin Rejuvenation and Hair Removal, HydraFacial MD and Dermaplaning procedures. Crystal has been trained in multiple treatment modalities and looks forward to helping her patients with all of their skin and body contouring concerns.

Taylor McAnany has more than 14 years of experience in medical aesthetics with a strong foundation through her work with cosmetic surgeons. Taylor was inspired to get into nursing so she could grow her knowledge in aesthetics and take her patient results to new levels. Taylor provides laser treatments as well as advanced aesthetics.

Erin Rafalow, Aesthetic Nurse Injector, has a passion for art and beauty, applying her artistic ability in tandem with her nursing career, and has dedicated her career to the skill and art of cosmetic injectables. Erin earned her degree at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, and is currently pursuing her Masters degree as an Advance Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. Erin specializes in Botox, Dysport, HA fillers, and Sculptra.

She is a graduate from St. Norbert College and also from the Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness. Dr. Noon is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with a passion for the Cosmetic Industry. He completed his medical training and plastic surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin and Northwestern University in Chicago and has been in practice in the Madison area for more than 30 years. He is a clinical professor of plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Wisconsin and President of the EDUPLAST Foundation, an organization providing reconstructive surgery training worldwide. With CoolSculpting the number one requested non-invasive fat reduction treatment today, Dr. Noon’s team at Aesthetic Artistry MedSpa will help patients with their body contouring questions and desires to provide a new level of confidence and empowerment to be the best versions of themselves.

She is passionate about medical aesthetics and has been involved with many of the top medical spas throughout the region. Seeing patients turn back the signs of aging with the laser is one of her greatest joys because the strength and confidence is visible when her patients stay on their regimen and refer their friends and family to her.

Gift Cards - Gift cards are available for purchase in any dollar denomination and are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Scheduling - Aesthetic Artistry Spa is always buzzing, so please call far enough in advance to schedule an appointment. We want to provide convenient scheduling for all our clients so we recommend scheduling your next treatment before leaving our practice.
Cancellation or Changes - In respect of your time and ours, we request a 24-hour notice to change, cancel and/or reschedule any appointments. If the cancellation falls after the required time it will result in a fee of 50% of the treatment or a treatment being removed from your package.
Late arrivals - Late arrivals will result in the treatment concluding at the regular time scheduled and at the regular cost of treatment.
Payment Options - Payment in full is due at the time of treatment. Package pricing represents significant discounts over single treatment pricing. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Finance Options - We are proud to offer CareCredit financing as an option for our patients. Please visit www.carecredit.com for more information. And Green Sky financing through Allergan
Refunds - We do not offer refunds on treatments. Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase with your receipt. No exceptions will be made without a receipt or after 30 days.
Arrival Time - Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled consultation or treatment to fill out any necessary paperwork.
Taking the best care of our patients is our number one priority and we understand that unplanned circumstances arise that does not allow your day to go as planned so please know that we will do all we can to accommodate your needs. The above are strong guidelines we ask to be followed to ensure all of our patients can receive care and our staff can efficiently work through their day. As a professional practice, we do not accept gratuities.
